Orders
An order is accepted once you receive an order confirmation by email. We may decline an order if an item is unavailable or if a pricing or description error is discovered.
Because every artwork is produced for you, we begin production shortly after your order is confirmed.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euro and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise at checkout. Import duties may apply to orders shipped outside the EU and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers.
Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates given at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers in the EU may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery. Our own return window is 30 days. See the Returns & Refund Policy for how to make a claim.
Product appearance
Artwork is photographed as accurately as possible. Slight differences in colour may occur between screens and the printed canvas, and framed pieces are handmade so small variations are normal.
Intellectual property
All artwork, imagery and text on this site belongs to Everglory Art and may not be reproduced, resold or used commercially without written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Everglory Art is established, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
