Returns & Refund Policy

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the artwork is unused and in its original packaging. EU consumers additionally have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of delivery.

How to start a return

• Email evergloryart.info@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
• We reply with return instructions and the correct return address.
• Send the artwork back in its original packaging, well protected.

Damaged or faulty artwork

If your piece arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the artwork and the outer packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — you do not need to return the damaged piece unless we ask.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return or approving your damage claim. Original shipping costs are refunded for faulty items and for withdrawals within the statutory period.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is free for damaged, faulty or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns the cost of return shipping is yours unless stated otherwise in your return instructions.

Exceptions

Personalised or custom-made pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
