Production time

Artwork is made to order. Production takes 2–4 business days before your parcel is handed to the carrier.

Delivery estimates

• Europe: 5–9 business days after production.
• United Kingdom: 6–10 business days after production.
• United States & Canada: 7–12 business days after production.
• Australia & rest of world: 8–14 business days after production.

Shipping costs

Free worldwide shipping applies to all orders while our launch offer is active. Any exception is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our production partner. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are not included in the price and are payable by the recipient.

Delayed or lost parcels

If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, email evergloryart.info@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement if the parcel is confirmed lost.

Packaging

Canvases ship rolled or flat depending on size, with reinforced corners and protective wrapping. Framed pieces are shipped ready to hang.
